How to get into video editing
Software
If you want to start video editing, I'd recommend Capcut, I wouldn't normally recommend this because... it's "Made in China" but now it's 80% owned by a US company so now it's probably not spying on you.
If you still don't feel comfortable with using a video editing software that has a sketchy past, the next software I'd recommend Clipchamp, it doesn't have as many features as Capcut, but it's still good.
It's not a good idea to go straight for Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve, these are very complicated software's, not good for beginners, and Adobe Premiere Pro is also expensive while the other software's I've mentioned are free, even when you get more advanced, I'd only recommend Davinci Resolve, because Adobe Premiere Pro is really expensive, and even the Paid Version of Davinci Resolve is a one time payment, while Adobe Premiere Pro is a subscription.
Selling your services?
Don't start editing video's for other people until you feel more comfortable with your chosen software.
Pricing
Your prices depend on your target audience, if your target audience is bigger youtube creators (5K - 10K Subscribers), they likely can pay for more expensive services because they have more money, if your target audience is smaller youtubers creators (300 - 500 Subscribers), they are usually broke high schoolers, so your prices have to be low enough for these small creators to afford.
